This On-line Application is made with reference to the current market conditions and is of an indicative nature only. Hang Seng Bank reserves the right to revoke and/or amend this e-Initial Approval at any time whether due to a change in market conditions, the availabilility of other sources of finance to you or otherwise without giving any reason. Hang Seng Bank has absolute discretion to deal with a formal mortgage loan application made pursuant to this e-Initial Approval and reserve the right to reject such an application without giving any reason. |
